Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Deposits & Payments

Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by Castro Complete Services.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 12 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer:
✅ A correction or rework at no extra charge
✅ A partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved
4. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of home improvement and repair work, we do not offer refunds once a service has been fully completed to agreed-upon specifications.
