Please read our refund policy. By booking, you agree to the policy below.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Deposits & Payments

  • Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless the service is canceled by Castro Complete Services.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 12 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service

  • If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer:
    ✅ A correction or rework at no extra charge
    ✅ A partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved

4. No Refunds for Completed Services

  • Due to the nature of home improvement and repair work, we do not offer refunds once a service has been fully completed to agreed-upon specifications.
